Chris Parson has 13 years of experience working with FEMA and the National Flood Insurance Program with both the "Write Your Own Program" and the NFIP Direct/Special Direct Facility. He has a Master's of Business Administration with undergraduate degrees in Communication and Spanish. He also served as a linguist in the Air Force.
