Description

The ability to influence people is the one fundamental skill that every professional needs. All managers know how hard it can be to make views heard despite having persuasive points to make. Michelle is the founder and CEO of Executive Essentials, which provides customized communications and leadership coaching and training programs.  Michelle believes real relationships lead to real results and specializes in teaching people how to communicate with confidence, clarity, and connection.
